Each pair is handmade so they don't look exactly how they do in the picture. The stems on mine are stubbier and there are less white spots on the red part. Mine came with 4 teeth each, and the teeth are more round than they are pointy. They're very fragile, lightweight and cute, however; the earring pins came out. This is obviously a flaw, and they're not meant to be removable, but nothing that can't be fixed with some super glue.
Lastly, I'm not sure what is meant by, "Only one Piranha stud in one package. If you want to wear on both of your ears, please take a pair", because I ordered ONE and got the pair. I didn't see this line in the description until now, but I'm obviously glad that I got a pair because I didn't intend on only ordering a single stud.
I'm giving a 5 for price because they're handmade and the time and effort that was most likely put into them is worth the money. I'm rating a 2 for quality because they are VERY fragile and seem like a Play-Doh type clay more than a pottery clay. I'm afraid that they might fall apart and am debating trying to spray them with some sort of finishing sealant. Also, the pins fell out! :( but, like I mentioned above, nothing that some super glue can't fix (probably...)
