This product arrived very neatly package inside a little gift bag with a card about the seller and warranty. The choker itself was wrapped and sealed in plastic and which to me ensured it was brand new. It is great quality, feels like genuine leather. I was afraid it was going to feel stiff and cheap but it is soft and moveable. All the snaps work. Great product and I feel it's worth way more than I paid for it!
