The lace is soft and stretchy, not itchy like some lingerie. The top is not linged or underwired. The straps are adjustable and the g-string looks out of wack but it slides to adjust to a proper fit. Comfortabl3 enough to sleep in. I am 5ft 4in 145 and Med was a great fit. It hid my spots I'm self conscious about. Try it, you can't go wrong for the price.
